Our Production Process
Raw Material Selection
The production line adopts three advanced production processes: the copying method, the flow pulp method, and the combination of copying and flow. The single-line production capacity reaches 5 million square meters. The automation level is high and the product quality is stable.
Advanced Manufacturing
The press machine is equipped with a 14,000-ton press machine. Currently, it is the largest press machine in the fiber cement board manufacturing industry, effectively improving the flatness, strength, absorption rate and other performance indicators of the fiber cement board.
Three-Stage Quality Control
The formwork is made of steel, with high surface precision. The surface flatness index of the fiber cement board produced has been significantly improved.
